⚠️ Important: Vemo Player is a media player only. It does not provide, host, distribute, or sell any channels, playlists, subscriptions, or media content. You are solely responsible for the content you access through the app.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Vemo Player ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What Vemo Player is
Vemo Player is a media playback application that allows users to load and play content from playlist URLs and Xtream Codes providers that users supply themselves. The app:
- Does not provide, host, sell, or distribute any channels, streams, movies, series, or other media content
- Does not operate any streaming infrastructure or CDN
- Does not have any affiliation with any IPTV provider or content distributor
- Acts solely as a player for content accessed via user-supplied credentials and URLs
3. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the legal right to access any content you stream through the app
- Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding content access and copyright
- Complying with the terms and conditions of any IPTV provider or content service you connect to
- The accuracy of any playlist credentials or URLs you enter into the app
- Any costs charged by your IPTV provider for their service
4. Prohibited uses
You may not use Vemo Player to:
- Access content you do not have the lawful right to view
- Access pirated, unlicensed, or illegally redistributed content
- Circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) system
- Violate the intellectual property rights of any content owner
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
5. No content warranty
Vemo Player makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, quality, legality, or accuracy of any content accessed through user-supplied playlists. We are not responsible for any content delivered by third-party providers.
6. Third-party providers
Your relationship with your IPTV or M3U provider is entirely between you and that provider. Vemo Player is not a party to that relationship and accepts no liability arising from it. You should review and comply with your provider's terms of service and privacy policy.
7. Lifetime Premium
Vemo Player may offer an optional one-time in-app purchase called Lifetime Premium. Lifetime Premium unlocks premium app features only. It does not include, provide, unlock, sell, or subscribe you to any channels, playlists, streams, movies, series, or other media content.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Restore Purchase is available in the app for users who previously bought Lifetime Premium with the same Apple ID. Refund requests and billing issues are handled by Apple under Apple's App Store policies.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vemo Player and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vemo Player is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
